Rahul Gandhi’s Disqualification:-

This is the case of Rahul Gandhi who has been sentenced for two years in a criminal defamation case. I have analyzed the astrological aspects of this case which are given below.
Note: it is an astrological exercise and has nothing to do with any political side of this event. It is an attempt to locate the problem astrologically for the students and learning astrologers only and nothing beyond.
Birth Chart.
Rahul Gandhi has been convicted today by a Surat court, under a criminal defamation case when he had allegedly used malicious and a slang language about all the Modi’s of this country declaring all of them as thief’s, after comparing all the Modi’s of this country with Nerav Modi , who has been declared as a fugitive and is facing serious charges of bank frauds when he has run away from India
Looking to the birth chart of Rahul Gandhi it does not speak of any raja yoga by virtue of which one could contemplate that he can become a big leader not to speak of becoming the prime minister of this country. Apparently there is no such planetary combinations in almost all the main as also the divisional charts, to say that he can be a prospective candidate for the prime minister’s post.
Analyzing his main birth chart, the 5th house the house of “ Purva-Puniya” has Rahu in it, when its dispositor Saturn is in the 7th house and is debilitated. It shows a tag on the previous “ Karmas”, so how to expect showers of political and high dignity for him to rule the country. Probably not. Rest is in the hands of the great Lord. It equally shows his “ Mantra” Shakti which is power and
tone of speech is biter and he lacks proper intelligence and a good mental approach to speak well and tasty for the social set up. Then Mercury the “Karka” of Budhi the intelligence, is in the 8th house, in a papkartari position. It spoils the whole game of his good posture of good and sweet speech, which is known about him when he has often spoken in a bitter language about Modi and had to tender an apology in the Supreme Court of India for his comments that “ Chowkidhar Chor Hai” and about the purchase of Raffle jets by the Modi government.
Though Saturn is a very good planet for this lagna , being a yoga-karka planet and placed in the 7th house , becoming digbali, yet it is debilitated, which though gave him a good place in politics and made him an MP, yet impaired his image with his own utterances. Debilitated Saturn is aspecting his 9th house and lagna as also the 4th house. This debilitated Saturn in the 7th house shows some mystery about his marriage, when nobody knows how, when and where he was married. There are enough tales about his marriage. If at all he is married, it shows an out of religion marriage. As for as his children are concerned, the position is clear, as he has no children apparently. 5th house has Rahu in it when the 5th lord is debilitated in the 7th house with an aspect of retrograde 6th lord Jupiter from lagna. Debilitated Saturn as the 4th and the 5th lord is aspecting his lagna and getting aspected by the 6th lord Jupiter paced in it, shows enough of turmoil for him to have name and fame as also access to the seat of power as Saturn is the 4th lord, representing seat of power.
As per Moon chart, the 5th house has debilitated Saturn, which is the 2nd lord showing his poor and bad qualities of speech and intellect. This debilitated Saturn is aspecting the lagna lord which is retrograde making his position more vulnerable to his utterances, as Jupiter is the planet of wisdom, which gets impaired under the malefic affliction of debilitated Saturn. Debilitated Saturn is aspecting the 2nd house to making him more vulnerable to speak with bad taste an use offensive languages. His Moon chart is equally not that good. The position of Saturn in the Navamsha is again not good being with Sun, which is the enemy of Saturn.
This aspect of debilitated Saturn on the 9th house and the Sun placed in it, shows some distress to his father, when he lost his life in a terror attack, and distress to his luck, when the 9th lord is in the 8th house, showing depletion in his destiny. The aspect of debilitated Saturn on the 4th house has further made his desire for attaining a good post in the seat of power, along with having given his mother some problem of health. Rahu is transiting over his 7th house presently, thus afflicting the Saturn placed there. Saurn is transiting over his 5th house where Rahu is placed and is aspecting the naisargik Saturn placed in the 7th house. Saturn is now in the Shatibisha nakhstra which is Rahu’s nkahshtra. Transiting position of Saturn and Rahu is equally quite bad.

Dasha Pattern
He has been sentenced to two years imprisonment when the dasha is Rahu / Jupiter/ Venus. Rahu is in the 5th house the house of dignity and honor apart from being a kona house and its dispositor is debilitated in the 7th house. Saturn is transiting over Rahu in the 5th house, making the position of Rahu more malefic. Rahu is transiting over debilitated 5th lord Saturn placed in the 7th house aspecting the lagna. Jupiter is in the lagna as the 6th lord and is retrograde, competent enough to cause such a situation for him. Venus is the lagna lord in the 10th house in a papkartari position and its dispositor is Moon in the 3rd house, viz, in the 6th house from the 10th house. Moon is in the Nakhshtra of Ketu so susceptible to give him this sentence.
Rahu is in the Ayudh dreshkona, showing violence, which gave him the imprisonment. Jupiter is in the Pakshi dreshkona, showing wandering and travelling nature. This justifies his Bharat Jodo yatra as a futile exercise. Venus is in Chutushpad dreshkona, which is again a not a good dreshkona.
If permitted can be presented in the class.
The dashas is not good at all at all the tree stages of planets. He will get a retrieve from the higher court temporarily, but ultimately he might have to face a tough time, when he get the dasha of Rahu / Saturn/ Saturn from 25th May-2024. This will be bad for his mother’s health and not conducive for the elections of 2024, if allowed to contest.
His D-10, is better, but how can it help when the main birth chart is showing a poor promise in all respects.
