Er. P.L.Khushu has done graduation in Civil Engineering with distinction from Jiwaji University Gwalior, and has retired as a high profile Civil Engineer from the erstwhile State of Jammu & Kashmir, as a senior level Civil Engineer. He is a consultant Chartered Civil Engineer, of Institution of Engineers (India) and is on the panel of the Indian Council of Arbitration as an empanelled Arbitrator.
