10th and the 12th lord debilitated in the birth chart

This chart is of a person who is basically a civil engineer by profession having qualified B.E. and post graduation in structural engineering from IIT Delhi. He is equally enjoying all the other comforts of life like a good house and a facility of a personal vehicle etc. He is very much religious and is endowed with the quality of going to temples, ashrams. The only drawback with this is person is that his integrity in his official capacity has always remained doubtful, due to which he mostly suffered debacles in his official career. He speaks lies and is a back bitter.
Brief description of the promise of the birth chart
Sun the lagna lord is in lagna itself, the fifth lord Jupiter is in the fifth house itself and is aspecting the ninth house and the lagna and the lagna lord Sun placed in the lagna itself. Ninth lord Mars placed in the tenth house is aspecting the lagna and the lagna lord Sun as also the fifth house and fifth lord Jupiter. Very important and powerful planets of the zodiac are involved here in this dharma trikona combination and connection, which is evinced by the strong connection of the lords of the trikona houses involving Sun, Jupiter and Mars, which are placed in this chart in key benefic positions. The position of Mars is quite powerful as it is aspecting the lagna, the lagna lord, 4th house its own house and Moon placed in it and the 5th house where Jupiter and Saturn are placed. Mars is very powerful here.
But the destiny is so designed in his case that all these planets are having malefic influences too. Saturn is with Jupiter as the 6th lord when Saturn is the 7th lord as well. Rao sir says that always be cautious about the role of Saturn and Jupiter in the case of Cancer and Leo lagnas. Sun is with Rahu. Mars has the aspect of debilitated Moon which is the 12th lord. The dispositor of 10th lord Venus is debilitated, which is aspected by Saturn.
Apart from bestowing him a very good position in the society in all respects, he is equally dharmic in his disposition, minus his integrity as a civil servant. It is discussed in detail ahead. There is dhana yoga also when the lagna lord Sun is with the eleventh and second lord Mercury in lagna itself and is aspected by the ninth lord Mars and the fifth lord Jupiter. But this combination is in Rahu/Ketu axis, meaning there by some affliction to it. It shows his income from doubtful sources, thus speaks about his corrupt means of earning. He could not rise much in life in his earlier years of service career and as per him he came in more prominence with the dasha of Venus which started from 10-7-2004.
Two most important planets of this birth chart, Venus the 10th lord and Moon the 12th lord are debilitated. Rao Sir says in one of his books captioned as Learn Successful Predictive Techniques of Hindu Astrology, in a case study of Dr. Nagendra Singh, that two debilitated planets in a birth chart constitute a good raj yoga.
Venus is the 10th lord placed in the 2nd house aspected by Saturn the 6th and the 7th lord and Saturn is retrograde.
What does 10th lord going to the 2nd house mean? 2nd house is the 5th house from the 10th house. It thus good. 2nd house is a marka sthana as well. It is the house of income as well. It is the house of Kutumba as well. So a person is more inclined to get attached to materialistic pleasures mostly. The classics say if a pap- greh is involved in it, one may indulge in the acts of cheating and forgeries. The classics mention that if the 10th lord is in the 2nd house and is debilitated planet particularly Venus and Moon, one may have speech defect and will be a compulsive liar.
10th house has 9th lord and 4th lord Mars in it, thus a very good planet in the 10th house, but it is aspected by the 12th lord Moon which is debilitated too, thus afflicting the significations of the 10th house in this case to some extent. But Moon is in Neeecha –Bhanga, thus not so harmful. But its effect as the 12th lord cannot be ignored to afflict the 10th house and the Mars placed in it.
The 10th lord Venus being debilitated and aspected by Saturn has lowered its position to very great extent. It is seen that the 10th house and the 10th lord are afflicted showing his very low karmic approach in his deeds of day today life, which includes his professional career in particular.
While debilitated Venus the 10th lord being placed in the 2nd house aspected by Saturn shows that he is a back biter as also vindictive and bad in his speech, thus creating hurdles for himself in the society be it official or non official. It equally shows his income through unscrupulous means leading to the conclusion that his integrity as an officer in the government must have been doubtful.
But the 2nd lord Mercury is in lagna with lagna lord Sun and is aspected by Jupiter the 5th lord and Mars the 9th lord, speaks very well about his financial position being the 11th lord too. But Mercury is combust and is in Rahu/Ketu axis, giving clues about his earnings of unscrupulous means, showing his doubtful integrity. The position of Venus the 10th lord is restored in the Navamsha chart, when it is in the 4th house of this chart as the lagna lord aspected by the 10th lord Moon, 11th lord Sun and the 9th lord Mercury, but it is in the Capricorn rashi which is the 6th house sign of the main birth chart. This situation of Venus again puts it to testing times at the occasions of its dasha or sub periods of its dasha. It signifies some occasional disturbances to the house of profession.
He was elevated to the post of Managing Director of big construction corporation in April 2008, when his dasha was Venus/ Sun/Jupiter. It is explainable from the D-9 and the D-10 charts.
Role of debilitated Planets and Crisis in Career.
He was removed from the post of the Managing Director of a reputed construction corporation of the State of Jammu and Kashmir and was attached with the civil secretariat on a personal tiff with the Chief Minister, on a very nominal excuse and reason in september-2009, when the dasha was Venus/Moon/ Saturn. He had spoken ill about the chief minister somewhere before this event took place. The role of debilitated Venus in the 2nd house the house of speech is coming in picture. His house and other related places were raided by the vigilance organization to assess his property as also alleged illegal money etc, acquired by him. Now it is seen how debilitated planet work. Saturn is aspecting the 10th lord Venus. Rao Sir has written in one of his books “Enigmas in Astrology”, that the aspect of Saturn on Venus invites an administrative action. This is what has happened in this case as per the dasha sequence. He was removed from his post and attached with secretariat.
Nothing incriminating was found in this raid against him nor was any money unaccounted recovered from his possession. D-9 and D-10 charts are supporting it. In D-9 chart Venus and Moon are in a good position as explained above. Only Saturn is showing disturbance as it is in the 12th house as P. antar dash lord.
As per D-10 chart, Venus is in its own rashi in the 4th house as a yoga karka planet, aspecting the 10th house and getting aspected by benefic Mercury. Moon is the sixth lord in 6th house, competent to fight back. Saturn is the lagna lord in the 5th house aspected by Jupiter the 11th lord from the 11th house. It is in shub-kartari position. So nothing damaging happened to him.
He was posted again as Managing Director but of a smaller corporation on 12/5/2010, when the dasha was Ven/Moon/Ven. All the three planets are benefic planets mostly relevant to the tenth house, but are equally debilitated in the main chart, yet are placed favourably in other relevant varga charts. So this combination of the dasha planets was able and instrumental in restoring his lost position in the government status but not to the same old position of bigger status. There is no role of Saturn now as per this dasha sequence. Then the double transit effect of Saturn and Jupiter on the tenth lord Venus and the fourth house, the house of power and authority, brought him back the lost glory, but to a smaller corporation of the State of J&K.
He was very much sure about his restoration of status in the month of March-2010 itself, but I had predicted it to him that he will get it after 3rd May-2010, on the basis of the double transit factor of Jupiter and Saturn on his tenth lord, as per the book the Ups and Downs in Career. This came to be true.
He was again posted to his original palce as Managing Director on 12-6-2106, when the dasha was Venus/Jupiter/Sun. Refer D-9 and D-10.
Event No. 2:- An audio clip surfaced with the help of one of his subordinate engineer, quoting him saying that he needs Rs. 10.00 lacks from him to pay some big officer in the vigilance organization about a corruption case against that engineer. This audio became viral in the media and the chief minister ordered immediate action against him and he was removed from the post of the managing director of one of the biggest corporations of the state and attached with the civil secretariat. It happened on 3rd of November 2017, when the dasha was Venus/ Saturn/Saturn. A case of corruption was instituted against him with the vigilance organization and investigation against him went for more than two years. The role of Venus has already been discussed above when his own speech has been responsible for his doom, as debilitated Venus as 10th lord is in the 2nd house the house of speech, being aspected by Saturn which is the 6th lord asking for the lodging of a corruption case against him, and as the 7th lord creating enough of defame and humiliation for him. As already mentioned above, while quoting from Rao Sirs book, that when Saturn aspects Venus an administrative action can be there. It has happened here in the shape of registering a vigilance case against him by the government. The transiting Saturn was transiting over the 5th house of his birth chart, when the birth Saturn and Jupiter is placed there, while he was running sade-sati period, and as per the Binashtaka of Saturn it is carrying zero points only. This situation of the transiting Saturn compounded his fall further. Of late it is learnt that no case is getting established against him and it is likely that he will be exonerated. This is getting the support of the placement of Venus and Moon in the other divisional charts like the D-9 chart and the D-10 chart as already discussed earlier. He is now retiring soon in 2020 itself, when his dasha will be Venus/ Mercury. Debilitated Venus dasha coupled with the antar period of Saturn, along with a bad transit of Saturn over his 5th house where his birth Saturn and Jupiter are placed with zero bindhus as per Binashtaka of Saturn has meant disaster for him in his professional career.
